2016 ‘Our Languages, Our Way’ Community Language Grants

OCHRE, the NSW Government’s community focused Plan for Aboriginal affairs, supports initiatives that improve Aboriginal people’s social, cultural and economic wellbeing.

The 2016 ‘Our Languages, Our Way’ Community Language Grants will fund Aboriginal community driven projects to strengthen community ownership and participation in language revitalisation projects in NSW.

Aboriginal community organisations who demonstrate a level of language knowledge and an ability to develop and deliver community owned language projects in NSW are invited to apply for funding under the 2016 ‘Our Languages, Our Way’ Community Language Grants.

Community Language Grants are now closed.

Aboriginal organisations that satisfy the required funding guidelines and eligibility criteria are invited to apply for one off funding to deliver a language project within their local community.
