Permission to continue the conversation– Tamworth Opportunity Hub
On 21 April 2016, Ilan and Priscilla from the Social Policy Research Centre, UNSW meet with members of the Tamworth Local Aboriginal Land Council who gave their permission to continue the conversation about Tamworth’s Opportunity Hub.

On 6 May 2016, Ilan and Pricilla from the Social Policy Research Centre, UNSW meet with Elders and community members at Coffs Harbour who gave their permission to continue the conversation about the Gumbaynggirr Aboriginal Language and Culture Nest.

On 16 June 2016, IIan and Priscilla from the Social Policy Research Centre, UNSW met with Aboriginal Elders and community members from the Nambucca Valley Shire which includes Bowraville, Nambucca Heads and Macksville. The meeting was held at the Ngurrala Aboriginal Corporation in the Nambucca Valley.

Designing the conversations about the Gumbayngirr Language and Culture Nest

At the meeting people discussed the best way to continue the conversation about the Gumbaynggirr Language and Cultural and Nest and how they would judge its success.
